  • Audience

    Shipping and Logistics Personnel – responsible for logging trucks, managing deliveries, and assigning drivers.

    Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) – configuring customer settings, monitoring delivery progress, and responding to OSDs.

    Drivers – using the web app to execute deliveries and capture signatures.

    IT Administrators – responsible for initial system setup, Twilio configuration, and mobile device enablement.

    Accounts Receivable/Finance Users – validating invoice delivery and monitoring auto-invoice processes.

  • Required Knowledge

    Basic familiarity with EnCore K2 navigation, especially in modules like Delivery, Invoicing, and Customer Maintenance.

    Knowledge of user roles and permissions in EnCore, including how to access and edit driver, customer, and contact records.

    Understanding of barcode scanning on mobile devices and general web app usage.
